  • John Howard was the first Duke of Norfolk, from the House of Howard

 

  • John was the great-grandfather to two future English Queen consort of King Henry VIII of England, Anne Boleyn, and Catherine Howard. He was great, great Grandfather to Future Monarch, Elizabeth 1st of England.

 

 

  • He was a trusted friend and loyal servant to King Richard III of England, the last Plantagenet king.

 

  • John was a descendant, to King John of England, through his father’s side and he was a descendant of King Edward 1st of England, through his mother’s side.
